CHINESE FOOD

Hainan poultry is a Chinese foodboften associated with Malaysian or Singapore food, and is also found in neighboring Thailand, as well as in Hainan province, China Hainan Chicken rice is so named because  of its origin in Hinan food and its practise by the Chinese population of Hainan -based seafood in the Nanyang region, this version of the food found in Malaysia / Singapore combines the elements of Hainan and Cantonese cuisine plus the flavor of food in Soauth East Asia.

In Malaysia, the Ampang area of Kuala Lumpur is especially famous its cuisine. Anyway, this dish was started in the early 1960s by a restaurant called "chew kuan" where the tofu was placed with fish meat , and thus the dish was named " yong tau foo" meaning "tofu". Since then , a wide range of vegetables and fried dishes are also so nicely. so yong tou foo's name is used to mean any such food served.

Char kway teow is a popular food in Malaysia. It is made from kuey teow (shahe ten in chinese mandarin) flat and about 1cm wide, fried over hot heat with soy sauce and sauce, chili, shrimp, shellfish, eggs, bean sprouts and chinese. Sometimes chinese slice and fish cakes or other ingredients are added according to local flavor. Originally it was cooked using fat, which gave it a sense of its own, but now it is often cooked with regualar oil. Compared to the usual fried kuey teow, char kway teow is quite wet. Chocolate kway teow has a reputation as unhealthy due to its fat content. however, as this dish was created, its main target was workes. High fat content and low princes make it popular among laborers as a cheap source of energy and nutriens. At that tiem, the cuisine was usually sold fishermen, farmers and cockle collectors who sell char kway teow in the evening to supplement their income.
